BSG it's all about the hugs

The 2 things that leaped out at me during last
night's episode.

1. Poor Helo , so very pretty but DUMBER THAN A BOX OF ROCKS !!
He is obviously a well trained soldier. But he has no , or very little
emotional intelligence. I found myself yelling at the TV over and over.
I like the guy but really.......

2 As soon as Lee and the old man hugged I flashed back to the their
final scene in the miniseries.



Here the hug is awkward and Lee seems shocked and a little dismayed .
He hasn't figured how to do this with his father yet .

Now look here.



Lee is clinging to his Dad in a gesture of complete relief and love
Here he knows that his father forgives him all that is all he needs .

It is moments like these that make me so love this show .
