Sometimes it 's hard to be a woman.

I just realized a post I made several weeks back
was missing all the details of my latest medical
adventures.

At my last regularly scheduled mammogram,
(A test dreamed up by Satan himself ) they found a 7 mm
something. So I dragged myself back there two weeks ago
for another go round. What ever it is it only shows up on
the mammogram. Not on the painless sonogram , mind you.
This means that I have to now report in every six months
for another session of squashing and pain. But at least
this time they didn't have to do a freaking biopsy . I'm resigned
to the fact that it must happen. But it just pisses me off.

I still find the silly every where I go. Yesterday I had my bi-weekly
hamburger binge. It was enhanced greatly by a huge ,foot ball full back
sized , guy working the tables singing along , with gusto, to Wham! "Careless
Whispers" . He had it down pat.
