How I hate August!

I have 2 weeks left of hiatus and I have just about had all I can take.
I always fall into a warped sleep pattern. I stay up till 3 or 4 AM and end up sleeping till noon or after. By then, the daylong head ache
sets in and I find it impossible to summon up the energy to DO anything. Of course I now have only two weeks to get a list of things I wanted to accomplish
this summer done. And the vicious cycle begins again. Pathetic !

I want the Fall to come. I will be hanging on by my fingernails till then.

We have roofers coming tomorrow . Oh Joy!
It will be entertaining to see how much they can get done each
day before the afternoon monsoons begin. I don't envy them in
the least. But it will be nice to finally resolve any lingering leaks
up there.

I have a new summertime TV love. There is a Canadian TV series playing
on the Sundance Channel called Slings and Arrows. It has Shakespeare ,
actors behaving badly, a ghost and Paul Gross. who could ask for more !

I hope everyone is being far more productive than I am .
