Hope every one had a great day today, with all the food and
fun that you each desired.

I spent Christmas at home this year , as usual.Mr S and I
had the traditional tennis ball drop for the canines.
This involves the new balls that we buy for them and put
in a "Special Dog Stocking" . This starts our present
unwrapping mini spree.

But THIS year I spent nearly 8 hours loading up the new kitchen.
We , finally got the project done last Thursday.
This ends the days of rising to the sounds of truck loads of strange
men bearing tools . I really feel like I have been channeling the life
of a Suburban house wife for the last month. But it so payed off today.
I have had most of my decorative glass ware in boxes in the basement
for a year and a half. It was hard work washing countless glasses
and such by hand. But it is still a shock just to walk into the dining
room and catch the first glance at the the transformed space beyond.

Two more shows tomorrow and this years "Christmas Carol" is history.

The husband did also get me the "Creatures of Farscape " book and some
related mags while he was in London last week. That and some nifty things
from Lush. I could not be happier or more tired than I am now.
Off to soak my aching shoulders In epsom salts and bubble bath.
