Almost Dragon con ready

I have been hard at work. And this is the result.
All I'm missing now are the vest pockets and a little
touch up painting. I'm going to be sporting these at the
Colonial fleet party where I will be one of the costume contest
judges. Can't wait!

for Saturday after next.

I'll be able to truly get excited after block auditions on Monday. I'm just hoping I won't miss too many callbacks by being out of town!

And it's funny how much more respect you have for those crew costumes after you make one yourself. It's easy to forget all the little DETAILS that go into it when you haven't made one. It makes the finished product just that more impressive. *g*

Hey they're doing Eurydice at the local Rep Theatre! I don't know if I'll be able to audition because of my schedule. But I'm definitely very excited about it. *g*

I had to use the dye vat at work. And It was
100% cotton. But I think it was worth it.
