reports of my death.......
Mar. 30th, 2005 11:42 pm............ have been greatly exaggerated.
We have made it through the latest tech week with a minimum of
of stress. I am mostly ready for grand opening hoopla.
It's a very nice and low key cast , for which I am quite grateful.
I just hope that THIS one sells. We do so need a hit.
I have now been completely infected with the Battlestar Galactica
love. I compare it to Farscape in it's edge and good production
values. It IS more traditional in it's type of story telling. But I
forgive that, as I am really involved with the characters.
They infuriate me too no end , and that is all it takes. And the acting
, overall, is strong . And it does have several of pretty boys to peruse.
I think this is the other side of the serious funk I have found myself in
for the past 2 weeks or so. It feels like I can get back to the writing
backlog I have created for myself. It feels good !
I have been on a little DVD buying binge. The Farscape starburst editions,
the Lone Gunmen, and thanks to Ebay the USA version of Touching Evil
have arrived at my humble abode. And since I have discovered the wonder
of Jamie Bamber , I am also getting the Horatio Hornblower series.
