Welcome to Hump Day

Well, I find myself half way through my work week.
Yep we have done 5 shows this week and we have 4 more to
go. I live in opposition to the rest of the world.
I work Tuesday to Sunday. I forget this until someone asks
me "what I are you doing this weekend?". Working!


I 'm feeling a little more resentful than usual this week as we had an additional
show (a high school matinee) and the clocks roll ahead.
The marketing folks sometimes just baffle me. They just schedule things and have no concept of how it will affect us.

I do have some unusual benefits though. Tonight as I walked across the
street to the monster parking deck I heard a someone singing an Aria
from "The Magic Flute". She was checking out the acoustics on the 7th
level. Magic really does happen at midnight on occasion. As much as I bitch about it , I do love my little world.
